Which data

If you chat without an account we store the name you choose, the messages and files in that chat, and a secret token on this device.

If you create an account we also store your email, an encrypted password and, if you add one, your profile photo.

DropFans processes a purchase. We store the amount, the status and which chat it belongs to. We do not store full card details.

Why

To provide the chat, keep an account when you create one, handle payments, prevent abuse and keep the records the tax authorities require.

The basis is the contract for the chat or purchase, a legitimate interest in security, and a legal duty for tax records.

How long

A guest chat is deleted when you log out of that chat. You delete an account and its chats yourself from your profile.

Payment records are kept for 7 years because the tax authorities require it. After you delete your account those records no longer include the chat.

Who else sees it

The creator you chat with sees that conversation. DropFans processes the payment. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can change your name, photo, email and password in your profile, and delete your account there.

You can also ask for access or correction at [email protected]. You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
